Stefan founded Changing Careers after watching AI reshape Australian workplaces. Call centres, customer service desks, and admin teams were the first to feel the shift, but the workers in those roles had few practical resources to plan their next move.

Changing Careers exists to close that gap. In a twelve-week Sprint, every member sees the Australian roles they are already close to, built on official Australian Government data, not guesswork. Each role says what it pays where the ABS publishes it, whether it is in demand, and what stands between the member and the job.

Every figure on a role comes from the ABS or Jobs and Skills Australia, and each line says which body published it. A real Australian career coach reads a member's targeted resume or application when they ask, up to three times in the Sprint, and answers their messages.

The goal is honesty over hype. If a role is out of reach, the page says what is missing. If a role is shrinking, the data shows it. Members deserve straight answers, not motivational filler.
