Traditional outplacement hands people a workbook and a few coaching calls. We start by telling them, with the government's own figures, which Australian roles they are already close to. Then we do the writing with them.

At least three short stories from their time with you. This is where the work they actually did, not just their title, gets counted.
Targeted resume
They pick a role and we write a resume for it, holding what the role asks for against what they have.
Every application
They paste a real job ad. We write the resume, cover letter and LinkedIn wording against it. As many as they need.
Interview support
They practise out loud with feedback after every answer. On the day, a live assistant keeps their own stories in front of them.
The first thing most people do after the meeting is sit down and reread the letter. The second thing should be easier than it usually is.
A real Australian career coach checks and improves each person's targeted resumes or applications up to three times across the twelve weeks, in writing, so they can keep it. The same coach our individual members work with.

You tell us who
A name and a personal email address for each person, sent to us after you have told them. We never contact anyone before you have.

Each person gets a personal sign-in link and a short note explaining that you have arranged this for them. Their twelve weeks start on the day we set up their account.

Ask us how it is going
In week 4 and week 12 we send you numbers for the group: how many have started, been active in the last two weeks and applied for a role. Never for a named person, and nothing when fewer than three people have places.

Most outplacement is sold to large companies through a panel. If you have four people to look after, most providers will not even quote you a price. We publish ours, we invoice your company, and your staff start within one business day of you sending the names.

What we will not do.
We will not promise anyone a job. Nobody can, and a provider who does is selling you cover, not help. We get each person ready to compete for roles they are already close to.
We will not report on individuals. You see numbers for the group. What a person writes, which roles they look at and who they apply to stays between them and their coach. That is what makes them use it.
We will not tell them who is hiring. Nobody publishes that at the level they would need, and we will not invent it. We tell them what the government publishes about each occupation: pay, demand, shortage and what qualifications count.
We will not run your redundancy process. We are not employment lawyers. Our guides for HR point you to the Fair Work Ombudsman where it matters, and we start our part after you have had the conversation.
Common questions from HR.
Can people start before their last day?
Yes, and most do better when they do. Their twelve weeks start on the day we set up their account, so a person set up in week one of a four-week notice period has eight weeks after they leave.
What if someone does not use it?
Places are not refunded or swapped if someone never signs in. A word from you that you arranged this helps most people start.
Is this a replacement for a human coach?
No. The tools do the matching and the first drafts. A real Australian career coach reviews each person's targeted resumes or applications up to three times and answers their questions in writing.
How quickly can we start?
Send names today and your staff have their sign-in links by the next business day. There is no onboarding call unless you want one.
Do you offer this for one person?
Yes. There is no minimum. The price is the same per person up to 19 people. For 20 or more, ask us.
