The Career Transition Sprint
A$299, paid once
Length
Twelve weeks

We tell you which Australian roles you are already close to, counting what you have done as well as what you are certified in. We show you exactly what you are missing and how you could close the gap. Then we write every application, and help you practise for every job interview.

Why we exist

If you work in a call centre, on a customer service desk or in an office admin role, you have probably been told AI is coming for your job. Some of that is noise and some of it is real. Jobs and Skills Australia gives call or contact centre workers an automation exposure score of 75 out of 100, general clerks 71 and receptionists 66. The advice on offer tends to stop at “upskill”. It rarely says which role, what it pays, what it asks for or how far you are from it today. Those are practical questions with practical answers, and most of the answers sit in data the Australian Government already publishes.

We read that data, join it up and put it in front of you in plain English. Then we help you do something with it: a resume that shows what you have actually done, an application written for the job in front of you, and practice for the interview.

Who we help

We write for people in call centre, customer service and admin roles. Most are still in work. Some have heard a redundancy round is coming, and some have already been made redundant. All of them want a straight answer about what they could do next.

We go deepest on the roles that kind of experience carries into: customer success, insurance claims, NDIS support coordination, health administration and operations coordination. The full catalogue covers 919 Australian roles, so you are never limited to those five.

Free tools and advice

Most of what we know is free to read, with no account. Start with whichever question is on your mind.

On some role pages there is also a Role Fit Check. It turns the question around: tick the skills and qualifications you have, and see how close you are to that one role in about two minutes. Role pages carry pay from the ABS, demand from Jobs and Skills Australia and what the role asks for, wherever those bodies publish it.

The Career Transition Sprint

When you want more than an answer, there is the Sprint. It costs A$299, paid once, with no subscription, and it runs for twelve weeks. This is what it covers.

Find the roles you are already close to

919 Australian roles, on up to eight lists that each say what they matched on: where people in your kind of work went, roles that ask for skills you already have, roles on Australia's shortage list and a step up from your role among them. Roles carry pay, demand and shortage data from the ABS and Jobs and Skills Australia wherever those bodies publish it, and each line names its source.

See exactly what is missing

We check the skills, qualifications and licences a role asks for against what you actually have. Then we name what is missing and how you could close it. Where we do not know something, the page says so rather than filling the gap.

Check your own resume

We check the resume you have now for spelling, typos, grammar, dates that do not match up and layout hiring systems cannot read. You accept or reject each fix, and it stays in your words.

Get credit for what you have done

Most resumes undersell the person. We ask one plain question at a time about a real moment at work, such as a shift, a call or a problem you sorted out, and we never tell you which skill we are looking for. Only what you describe doing goes onto your record, so every line on your resume traces back to something you did.

Apply with a resume written for the job

A resume tailored to any role in the catalogue. Then, for every real job ad you bring in, a second resume and a cover letter written against that ad, and a LinkedIn headline, summary and message to send. As many as you need across the twelve weeks, under a fair use policy.

Practise the interview out loud

Interview practice asks you the questions out loud and you answer out loud, the way the real thing works. Every answer gets AI feedback and a score out of ten. An application tracker keeps where you are up to with each job.

A real Australian career coach

Up to three coach reviews, of a targeted resume or an application, each back within two working days, and as many messages as you need. The coach works in writing: there are no video calls and no phone calls.

Yours to keep

When the twelve weeks end, the site goes read-only. Nothing new is generated, and everything you made stays downloadable. Full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How we work

Official data, with its source on every line

Pay, demand, shortage and AI exposure figures come from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and Jobs and Skills Australia, and each line names the body that published it. Our methodology and sources pages show how we put it together.

Honest about what we do not know

We hold no job ads, no employer names and nothing about where you live. So we never name an employer, count vacancies or point you to a suburb. Where a figure is missing for a role, we leave it blank rather than guess.

No promises we cannot keep

Nobody can promise you a job, and we do not. Nobody knows exactly which jobs AI will change, and we do not pretend to. What we can do is show you your options clearly and help you put your best application forward.

Open about where AI does the writing

Your tailored resumes and cover letters are drafted by AI, built only from what you have told us. A human coach reads a targeted resume or an application when you ask. This is general information, not professional career, financial or legal advice.
