What ndis coordination work is.
The same work wherever you are based, including Wollongong.
NDIS coordination sits in the group of roles we track for people moving out of contact centre, customer service and admin jobs. The full pathway page lists the individual roles in it, what each one does day to day, and the pay figures the ABS publishes for them.
See the ndis coordination pathwayQualifications the government lists for this work.
Jobs and Skills Australia publishes these against the ABS occupation Disability Services Officer (422131) and labels each one "Occupation ready".

A listed qualification is not a requirement, and it is not advice to enrol. Course cost and availability change by state and by intake, so check what is actually on offer before you commit to anything. Fee-Free TAFE places are listed at dewr.gov.au/skills-reform/free-tafe and course and occupation information at yourcareer.gov.au.
What this page does not tell you.
Said plainly, so you do not go looking for it.
We do not publish how many ndis coordination jobs are open in Wollongong, which companies are hiring, or what the job pays in your suburb. We hold occupation-level data from the ABS and Jobs and Skills Australia and nothing below it, so any number of that kind would be one we had made up.
For what is currently advertised, search a job board yourself and filter to your own postcode. What we can do is work out whether this pathway fits the experience you already have.
