What this job is
A digital game developer designs, codes, and tests interactive game software for delivery across platforms such as consoles, PC, mobile devices, or web browsers. They work within game development studios or independently to build game mechanics, integrate assets, and ensure gameplay meets design specifications and performance standards. They collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to translate creative concepts into functional, playable products.
