What this job is

A personal shopper fills customer orders, often orders placed online or by phone with a supermarket or other store. The personal shopper works through the order list, picks each item, checks it for quality and freshness, and chooses a suitable substitute when something is out of stock. The goods are then packed and made ready for the customer to collect or for delivery. This job is about picking and packing orders, not giving fashion or styling advice.

Pay

A$1,363 a week

This is the median for full-time employees who are not managers and are paid at the adult rate, before tax and salary sacrifice. It is a guide to what the work pays, not a wage rate.
